When teaching a group dog training class, it is essential for instructors to properly read what their canine clients are saying. Failing to do so can have significant negative effects on both the canine and human clients.
For instance, if an instructor failed to read what a certain dog was saying, that dog's handler has a higher likelihood of becoming frustrated or exasperated when their dog doesn't complete a given exercise, shuts down or has an outburst.
In this webinar, Dianna will discuss tips and tricks on how to better read what are canine clients are saying during a group dog training class, ways to reduce dog-dog and dog-human tensions, preventative measures to consider, how to keep classes safe and more.
